One of the greatest compliments I have receive from a satisfied customer is a referral. Do you know anyone with a real estate need?
Some Home Selling Tips are:
1. Make sure your selling price is competitive with similar homes nearby. If it is priced wrong potential buyers will not come to look.
2. Decide if you can afford to help would be buyers financially. Can you contribute to the closing costs? Can you pay points or other fees to hold down the buyers monthly mortgage costs?
3. Work with a team. (Real Estate Agent, Mortgage Lender, or Accountant)
4. Stage the home properly. You can hire a professional stager.
If you are planning a visit to the mountains or would like a market analysis of you property, please give Mary a call at home or in the office.
